How Lakuro started

We built POMO because we couldn't finish anything.

Every "focus session" started the same way: open the phone to set a timer, get distracted by a notification, open three apps to find the right one, forget why the phone was even picked up in the first place. Fifteen minutes gone before a single minute of actual work got done.

POMO is the fix we actually wanted, not another app to manage, just something you flip and it starts. No setup, no screen, no way to get distracted by it.
